Dirty Heads vocalist Jared Watson said, "Rescue Me is our ode to California and we thought it would be rad to flip a Red Hot Chili Peppers hook. Not only did they influence us but they are one of the most influential and defining bands ever to come out of cali. So it was a no brainer. It just felt right."
The band will release a collection of EPs in 2023 featuring songs written and recorded during the Midnight Control era. In 2022 Dirty Heads released their eighth studio album Midnight Control The album featured 10 all-new songs, including their take on Joe Walsh’s 1978 hit "Life’s Been Good," "Heavy Water (feat.
