The Eeries
Aug 10, 2014

The Eeries have only released one song to date. It's a fuzzy, Pixies and Pumpkins-indebted number called "Cool Kid" released on July 22nd via Interscope Records. It's an aspirational track meant for the outsiders, filled with drawn-out garage band-turned-big vocals and fuzzy Weezer-type instrumentals. The band is currently finishing up their debut studio album.
The Los Angeles quartet is comprised of singer/guitarist Isaiah Silva, guitarist Brandon Sweeney, bassist Eliot Lorango and drummer Nadir Maraschin, "The Eeries are just a group of friends who live in Los Angeles that got together to make some music," said Sweeney.
The Eeries have also received public accolades from Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx and Oasis' Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs. California native Isaiah Silva, the band's lead singer and guitarist, says he is somewhat overwhelmed with how rapidly The Eeries' career has moved forward.
