Panic! At The Disco's latest single is "Hallelujah" and it marks the first new music from Panic! At The Disco in nearly two years. The band is currently at work on their yet-to-be-named fifth studio album.
Panic! At The Disco was formed in 2005, when they caught the eye of Pete Wentz after sending him a handful of demo recordings. The subsequent success of their first single, "I Write Sins Not Tragedies," propelled them into the pop stratosphere. The album, 2005's A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, went double platinum and was followed by 2008's Pretty. Odd. and Vices & Virtues, which debuted at No. 7 and racked up critical accolades. The band's last album, Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! (DCD2 / Fueled By Ramen) features the RIAA Gold single and Top 10 Alternative single "Miss Jackson." It propelled them to the top of the sales chart, debuting at #2 week of release.
In the past, the band has headlined sold out tours with Walk the Moon and Neon Gold's Magic Man that included one memorable show in Atlanta where the crowd was so large the floor broke. P!ATD has performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Conan, and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson among other award show and TV performances.
