Sublime with Rome
May 20, 2015

Sublime With Rome world premiered their first song in almost four years with "Wherever You Go" on May 13th. They also announced that their new album was called "Sirens" and it's due out on July 17th. "Sirens" will be Sublime With Rome's second full length album and the first since original Sublime drummer Bud Gaugh left the group. Josh Freese, who's played with Devo, A Perfect Circle, Nine Inch Nails, Weezer and several more, has taken over since the departure.
Sublime With Rome is a musical collaboration between Eric Wilson (and formerly Bud Gaugh), formerly of the band Sublime, and singer and guitarist Rome Ramirez. The group chiefly performs songs by Sublime, which was fronted by Bradley Nowell until his death in 1996. The suffix "Rome" refers to the singer's first name. The group played at the 2009 Smokeout Festival and embarked on their first tour in 2010, and released their debut album, "Yours Truly," in 2011.
Sublime With Rome will soon be hitting the road for their biggest North American tour to date. Along with support from Rebelution, Pepper and Mickey Avalon, the band will hit the road for a tour beginning July 16th in Chula Vista, CA. Currently, the group is playing a series of festival dates that began on April 18th in Pozo, CA at Higher Grounds Music Festival. They will also appear at Amnesia Rockfest, Reggae On The Rocks at Red Rocks, Firefly, Tail Creek Mud & Music and Milwaukee's Summerfest.
