Are You Lonely?
WRRV/Newburgh-Poughkeepsie, NY is back at Newburgh Brewing Company for WRRV Sessions. The station celebrated Cinco de Mayo with Welshly Arms. Lead singer Sam Getz sat down for an interview before their performance. He shared an amazing story about how he was involved with the new theme song for the newly-named Cleveland Guardians baseball team. "It was a dream... when they rebranded, it meant we had to let go of a lot of longtime team songs... It's pretty nuts. We got to go to opening day and [singer] Bri got so sing the National Anthem... it was a great feeling and we couldn't be more proud of that team." Hanging with Welshly Arms in the back row are Townsquare Media's Alex (left), WRRV weekender Conor (back row, 2nd from left), Brand Manager/afternooner Jonah (4th from left); In the front row are middayer Val (left), Nick, Morning Grind host Nick (2nd from left), and night jock Allison (right).
