Days away from the office are rejuvenating. The view as I wrote this also came with the sounds of waves crashing, children playing at the pool, and the warmth of the sun. My family’s first vacation since March 2020 and boy was it needed!
Having time off is probably more important now than it was five years ago. Chances are your team is feeling the weight of world events, work stress, and issues in their personal lives. As a leader, you can provide some extra relief if you consider these creative and tangible ways to give back to your team.
3 IDEAS TO SURPRISE AND DELIGHT

- Another station I work with celebrates each week with Friday Half Days.

HERE’S THE TAKEAWAY
Implementing one of these ideas will help build a culture that celebrates life outside of work. Imagine being a leader who’s known for that. Please let me know if you move forward with one; I’d love to know how it’s received.
