1. Every panel says the words "social media", but honestly has no idea how to do it. -- Yep. Two upper-aged women talked about social media with no action for follow through. Plus, they included the word MySpace in the presentation.
2. One label showcase includes a Disney character. -- Sadly, not yet. But I'm holding out for Goofy.

4. Everyone gets angry because brunch is only being served on Saturday and the Echo Awards aren't done until 3 PM. -- Have to wait on this one. I have to turn this in on Friday!
5. Half of attendees are gone before Echo Awards. -- It's Friday, but I fully expect this to happen.
6. Performance royaltyies, blah blah blah. -- Oh yeah, it happened. First question in the breakout session with Mike Novak and two record label heads.
7. Someone talks about how every radio station should emulate Steve Jobs and the Apple brand. -- Yes & no. Alan Mason mentioned great brands with a few logos, one of which was Apple.

9. Radio stations losing money and an economic crisis are mentioned more than social media. -- Oh yeah, this has happened. But in terms like, "In this time," "While everyone is down in donors," etc.
10. At least one artist TRIES to come back from the grave. -- Point of Grace and Bebo Norman, but were they ever actually gone? And there are two more showcases to go yet!
