Jared Anderson

Jared Anderson will release his first solo album in over three years. Titled The Narrow Road, the album is scheduled for a September 4 release. New Life Church worship leader and former founding member of Desperation Band, Anderson drew from John Bunyan's allegorical The Pilgrim's Progress for the album. "Like The Pilgrim's Progress, this album tells the stories of trials and how they shouldn't define us," says Anderson. "Instead, they prepare us for the destination."

Jared and his wife Megan are in the process of adopting two orphans, John Diego and Christine, from Haiti. "We can't wait until they're home with us in Colorado," says Jared. "God is doing something in our home and our family. We're just trying to be obedient to him." The couple already has four children, Everett, Beckett, Francie, and Lyla.
