The City Harmonic

With The City Harmonic's headline "The Heart Tour" scheduled to launch Oct. 5, the band members have launched a crowd funding campaign through Indiegogo www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-city-harmonic to purchase a new bus. The bus will replace the band's current conversion van that has traveled over 300,000 miles, taking The City Harmonic and their songs "Manifesto," "Mountaintop," "Holy (Wedding Day)" and more to over 300 tour cities spanning North America over the last two years.
Set to play its fan favorites and new music from the band's highly anticipated, five-star rated sophomore album HEART that released Sept. 3, "The Heart Tour" will feature Shawn McDonald and The Royal Royal, as well as welcome back Eric Fusilier. Bassist for The City Harmonic, Eric will be back on the road after being sidelined for nearly two years while battling cancer. Near the one-year anniversary of the stem cell transplant that saved his life, his cancer is in remission.
"Having beat the cancer that nearly killed him, we would love for Eric to be able to return without hesitation to the ministry he helped to start. This might sound kind of 'rock-and-roll,' but with Eric recovering from his bout with cancer, sleep is an important part of his recovery," says The City Harmonic frontman Elias Dummer explaining the need for the bus. "As married guys with kids, we're also pretty excited at the potential for our families to be more involved in this ministry as well!"
Asking for help to raise a down payment through Indiegogo for a $70,000 bus that the band members have found (a bargain since tour buses can often cost hundreds of thousands of dollars), Elias continues, "By getting involved you'll be helping to make it possible for Eric to return to the band, for our ministry to continue in a financially sustainable way, and for our families to spend more time together as we do it."
Fans are able to donate as little as $1 up to several thousand dollars with commensurate gifts of appreciation from The City Harmonic. Incentives packages for fans who choose to help include an autographed copy of the band's new album, HEART, and a download of the current radio single, "A City On A Hill," which is gaining airplay across the U.S. and has become the band's first video from the new album (www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2kl7tqpnY4&feature=youtu.be). The band is also offering a CityBus Exclusive HEART Tee Shirt and signed poster, VIP tour tickets, Skype and songwriting sessions with the band and even a full production private concert!
