K-LOVE Pittsburgh Reaches Out In Response To School Stabbings
K-LOVE Pittsburgh was able to respond with grace and kindness to the recent school stabbings that happened at FRANKLIN REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, located only a couple miles from where the station sponsored BIBLE: SON OF GOD concert was held. K-LOVE Pittsburgh Lead Promotions Manager/JOHNNY V. CLEMENTS shares, "It was a real blessing that there was an opportunity for the healing to begin at this concert. All of the performers came out before the show and had a special prayer for all of the students, faculty, parents and first responders that have been affected. There were quite a few students from Franklin Regional High School at the show including one student who told us about calling 911 while hiding in a closet for over an hour. There was also a nurse who helped treat some of the injured. We had a large prayer card to leave messages of encouragement for the students and faculty that we will deliver to the school. All of the performers left a message on the card as well."
