The House FM (KZTH/Oklahoma City) & My Praise FM (KLVV/Ponca City) recently partnered with Trans World Radio (TWR) in an effort to help cover Cuba with the gospel.

During the two-day fundraiser held July 14 through 15, the TWR representatives joined The House FM and My Praise FM radio personalities to help bring awareness of the need of increasing the signal to Cuba. Currently, TWR is broadcasting to Cuba from the Caribbean island of Bonaire at 100,000 watts, twice the maximum power level allowed for AM stations in the U.S. but has approval to increase power to 450,000 watts. The signal reaches the eastern third of Cuba. Unfortunately, the signal is not strong enough to reach western Cuba.
Lauren Libby, President and CEO of TWR said, “We appreciate collaborating with The House FM and My Praise FM. While we cover on the international level, we couldn’t do it without radio stations like The House FM and My Praise FM spreading the message here. Together we complement each other and God continues to use partnerships like this over and over again.”
TWR has raised $1.2 million of the $3.8 million goal to increase the signal strength.
