KWND/SPRINGFIELD Earns Top Honors In Economic Impact Awards
Each year, Springfield Business Journal Readers are asked to nominate companies and individuals for honors in Economic Impact. Each nominee is put through a stringent independent judging process. The top three finalists are profiled in a special publication in July, with the winner in each category announced at an annual formal banquet.
RADIO TRAINING NETWORK Contemporary Christian KWND (88.3 The Wind)/SPRINGFIELD was given ‘Top Honors’ in the 2015 Springfield Business Journal’s Economic Impact Awards for companies that have been locally operating from 16-29 years.
GM Chalmer Harper said, “When we think about Economic Impact, we usually think about dollars and cents. For 88.3 The Wind, it is about investing those dollars and cents to impact the lives of others. Creating a culture of hope and encouragement inside and outside the building."
