Daft Punk
In our opinion the biggest story regarding new music in the past few days is about Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” featuring Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers. All Access has already reported that “Get Lucky” has love from WNOW, KAMP, KMVQ, KKHH, WDZH, KEGY, and KTFM. Well, the song also topped the iTunes chart in 50 countries and became the most streamed Spotify song in the US and UK ever. As a result we decided to take a deeper look behind the song’s success. We go through the history that all the collaborators share and highlight related media that can better teach you about Daft Punk’s recent growth.
That media includes a promo mini documentary interviewing Pharrell about Daft Punk, the “Get Lucky” SNL spots, and past collaborations and inspirations that lead to all of them working on this fast moving track. Click here to check it all out.
