James Otto
Aug 9, 2010
Warner Bros. artist James Otto, whose current single is "Groovy Little Summer Song," will have his new album "Shake What God Gave You," released on September 14th. Critics have called Otto's 'sound' as "somewhere between Nashville and Memphis."
"Musically I'd say I'm the love child between Ronnie Milsap & Barry White," said Otto. "This sexy, sultry, soulful sound makes you wanna move and dance. And that is exactly what I want fans to do while listening to this album, Shake What God Gave Ya."
"Shake What God Gave Ya," was recorded in Nashvile and produced by Paul Worley (Big & Rich, Lady Antebellum, The Dixie Chicks). James wrote 11 of the 12 songs on the album and the project features a duet with Ronnie Milsap called, "Good Things Gone Bad."
