Riley Green

Kudos to BMLG Records artist Riley Green, who raised $50,000 to benefit his hometown of Jacksonville, FL following devastating tornadoes that tore through the city last month. After hearing about the tornadoes, Green reached out to Iron City owner Steve Demedicis to help put together a hometown show at the venue where all ticket sales benefited the cause.
Green performed the benefit show this past Friday, March 30th to a sold-out crowd. Iron City covered all expenses and production-related costs for the show and donated an additional $1,500 to the Jacksonville State University Foundation, which Green chose because he attended the university and played quarterback for the football team there. The Jacksonville State University Foundation will distribute the total $50,000 funds throughout the Jacksonville community to those in need as a result of the tornadoes.
