Country artist Buddy Jewell will be stepping out for a new tour, hitting over 40 markets, with the first leg having started on September 2nd Union City, TN, before he heads across the Pacific for dates in Japan and China. His Saturday, September 4th date in Lewisburg, TN is a benefit for the Caney Springs Volunteer Fire Department. Winter dates will be announced soon.
Buddy made his name with his debut single "Help Pour Out the Rain (Lacey's Song)" after winning the debut season of USA Networks' hit show "Nashville Star." He was a crowd favorite throughout the inaugural fan-voted competition.
His self-titled debut album on Columbia Records entered the Top Country Album Charts at #1 and was later certified gold. His first two singles hit the top five, and Buddy was recognized by the ACM, CMA and CMT Awards with multiple nominations.
