Runaway June
Dec 11, 2020

Wheelhouse Records' Runaway June has teamed up with Armed Forces Entertainment (AFE) to premiere their virtual concert, "When I Think About Christmas With Runaway June." The performance has been made available to every U.S. military service member around the globe during this holiday season, with special focus on armed forces deployed overseas who are unable to come home for the holidays due to COVID restrictions. The virtual concert is available from Friday, December 11th through Saturday, January 2nd, 2021. Watch it here.
The concert was filmed before a live audience of Tennessee National Guard and 5th Special Forces Group families at the Ray Stevens' CabaRay Showroom in Nashville. The trio performed renditions of new and classic Christmas songs, including "Let It Snow," "O Holy Night," and "Sleigh Ride," as well as songs from their new EP released in October, titled "When I Think About Christmas." The end of the concert features children from the military audience on stage singing "Jingle Bells" with the trio.
