Big Loud/Republic's Morgan Wallen will perform his first-ever headlining show at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium tonight (1/12) from 8-10p (CT). Wallen released his sophomore album, "Dangerous: The Double Album," last Friday (1/8). The full-band, livestream concert will feature songs from the 30-track project, and will be available to watch for free on Wallen's Facebook and YouTube pages.
The album is largely written by Wallen, along with songwriters Ashley Gorley, Shane McAnally, Hillary Lindsey, Rhett Atkins and Lee Thomas Miller, as well as Wallen's inspirations and friends, including Eric Church, Jason Isbell, HARDY, ERNEST and Ryan Vojtesak (Charlie Handsome). The set includes duets with Chris Stapleton and Wallen's Big Loud labelmate, Ben Burgess. Singles "More Than My Hometown" and "7 Summers" are included on the album, along with Wallen's cover of Isbell's "Cover Me Up," his New Year's surprise release, "The Bar," and the Countrified album version of his collaboration with pop artist Diplo, "Heartless."
