Columbia Nashville’s Tenille Townes won her second JUNO Award for Country Album of the Year on Monday night (3/13) in Edmonton, Alberta. The award recognized her 2022 project, “Masquerades.” She previously won it for her debut album, “The Lemonade Stand,” in 2021.
Townes also performed during the broadcast, starting with an acoustic rendition of “Where You Are” and transitioning into “The Sound of Being Alone” from her latest set. Watch the performance here. (Photo: courtesy CARAS / iPhoto)
