Toby Keith

Show Dog-Universal Music artist Toby Keith's oldest daughter Krystal, who is 25, recently started working on her debut CD and Toby is manning the project. Keith made a deal with his three children that he would help them follow in his footsteps with music if they finished college first, according to The Boot blog.
"She sang all her life, of course. But getting in the studio, she was a little anxious. She sang her butt off today," Toby told CMT.
Krystal first recorded a duet of "Mockingbird" with her dad more than six years ago, which was featured on his "Greatest Hits 2" CD. They also performed it live on the 2004 CMA Awards telecast.
"I've never worked in the studio with her very much," Toby added. "When we did 'Mockingbird,' I wasn't there when she laid her vocals down."
"Unfairly, I'm probably a little harder on her," he said. "But the other artists came in and I said, 'I won't step in too much until you guys ask me to.' And with her it's like she wants me to take the lead on it."
No release details for Krystal's current project have been released.
