Sarah Darling
May 2, 2011

Black River Entertainment's Sarah Darling kicked off the first "Something to Do With Your Fans" radio promotions in New York recently. The promotion will take place this Spring and Summer and ties appearances at Major League Baseball stadiums with support from local Country radio stations in each market.
The first promotion was April 19 in conjunction with the NY Mets vs. Houston Astros game at Citi Field. Darling performed the National Anthem and then entertained contest winners, radio station executives and their clients, media and Mets Mascot Mr. Met with a 5-song acoustic set in a luxury suite. In between innings during the game, the Mets played her video "Something To Do With Your Hands" on the giant scoreboard. The event was promoted by WJVC/Long Island, NY.
"Since I was a little girl I've always loved watching baseball," said Darling. "Being able to watch a game with Country radio and my fans, as well as perform for them and sing the National Anthem is so cool. I'd love to visit all the major league parks!" The next promotion will happen in Atlanta with more dates to be announced soon.
