Brad Paisley

First Brad Paisley wanted to "Beat This Summer" and he did so by taking that latest single to #1. But he also wants to beat hunger. For the second consecutive year, Paisley has teamed with the Feed Our Vets charity, which operates stationary and mobile food pantries in Utica and Watertown, NY, providing healthy meals for veterans and their families.
According to the Feed Our Vets website, more than 100,000 veterans are homeless and hungry on any given night, and about 1.5 million American heroes are at risk of becoming homeless and hungry
At his recent concert in Saratoga Springs, NY, Paisley fans collected more than 900 pounds of food for the charity. One fan that collected the most food won front row tickets with a meet and greet session with Paisley. That honor went to John Bailey of Albany, NY; with the help of his wife Jill, delivered an incredible 346 pounds of groceries to the show. For more information on Feed Our vets, see their website.
Paisley continues his "Beat This Summer" tour with future dates in Wisconsin, Ohio and Texas. For more of his concert information, see his website here.
