Lorrie Morgan has joined Bedell Guitars for an exclusive endorsement. The American-based company (Bend, OR) has outfitted Morgan with one of its six custom-handcrafted instruments— a red Swarovski Crystal Bedell Guitar designed with over 3,000 crystals from Two Old Hippies (Nashville, TN) boutique collection.
"I am such an admirer of the Bedell Guitars instruments and its stewardship to respect Mother Nature and every individual tree used to create its products," said Lorrie. "This particular guitar is stunning in clarity and rich in tone. Every time I take it out of the case, I feel like a child at Christmas. I am quite honored, and excited, to play this extraordinary Swarovski bedazzled guitar! Just wait until you hear it sing!"
Committed to sustainably honoring the connectivity between trees of the forests and purity of music, Bedell Guitars sources all wood in an ethical manner to produce its one-of-a-kind instruments. Most Bedell guitars can only be discovered in specialty retail locations.
"We created six unique crystal guitars several years ago as a showcase item for our store," said Bedell Guitars and Two Old Hippies co-owner Molly Bedell. "It's a grand opportunity, and truly a gift to us, to present the Swarovski to Ms. Morgan—an instrumental pairing that is naturally meant to be."
The red Swarovski acoustic guitar made its first showing in the spotlight of the Grand Ole Opry's legendary circle during Morgan's December 2013 performance, and at the "Lorrie Morgan Enchanted Christmas Dinner & Show" at Opryland Hotel in Nashville during the 2013 holiday season.
Morgan's sophomore release, "I Am A Woman," from the album "DOS DIVAS" (with fellow Opry member Pam Tillis, aka "Grits & Glamour") is now available. For more information, visit Lorrie.com.
