Show Dog-Universal Music artist Josh Thompson is personally involved with activity on his social media platforms, and he proved it with his recent YouTube video. A fan commented on one of Thompson's posts stating she would have to miss Thompson's show in Boston due to surgery. "Can you just sing to me personally since I just got my appendix out and can't go?!" asked a fan named Trisha.
