Randy Houser
Nov 30, 2014

Stoney Creek recording artist Randy Houser left a lasting impression on one military family last weekend. During Houser's Saturday, November 22nd concert in Baltimore, the singer brought Air Force Staff Sergeant Christopher Solso and his wife Clare backstage to present them with a year's worth of free groceries on behalf of Eckrich. The family was also invited on an all-expenses paid getaway to Tucson, AZ where they will enjoy a Houser concert and VIP experience as well as a visit to the site where Houser's "Like A Cowboy" video was filmed. Houser also presented the Solso family with an autographed guitar as a keepsake.
The gifts were awarded as part of Houser's involvement with Operation Homefront, which provides emergency financial assistance to the families of service members and wounded warriors. This is Houser's first year of partnership with the organization, and throughout 2014, he has hosted numerous military families at his shows and provided them with special experiences and surprises courtesy of Eckrich.
