A never-before-released Waylon Jennings cut was released on Black Friday. Jennings' version of the Kris Kristofferson classic "Sunday Morning Comin' Down" was cut in the 1970s for an exclusive Navy radio broadcast and has been released on vinyl buy Jennings' son, Shooter Jennings.
Shooter was able to pinpoint the session as the 1970 Naval broadcast and released the tracks on 7" white vinyl to support brick and mortar music stores as part of Record Store Day. Shooter handled the project himself via his self-owned Black Country Rock label, and promises many more Waylon releases over the coming years. For additional information, visit www.BCRmedia.com.
