Big Machine Records will release the soundtrack to "Glen Campbell ... I'll Be Me" on Tuesday, February 17th. The dramatic documentary film features songs from throughout Campbell's career as the story is told of his diagnosis and struggle with Alzheimer's Disease and his farewell tour. Oscar- and GRAMMY-nominated song "I'm Not Gonna Miss You" is just one of the tracks that will be included on the full soundtrack release. The ten-track compilation highlights the songs that made Campbell's career stand apart and earned him multiple accolades throughout the years.
Also included in the soundtrack are two live performances from Campbell's farewell tour at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. "Wichita Lineman" and "A Better Place" were recorded during the tour and featured prominently in the documentary. Additionally, The Band Perry's reimagining of Campbell's classic anthem "Gentle On My Mind" is included in long form and single form, and Campbell's daughter Ashley appears on the soundtrack to take lead vocals on "Remembering" and "Home Again."
