Dolly Parton
Mar 29, 2015

Country legend Dolly Parton has always believed in making dreams come true, and this week, she did so for a young man named Gage Blackwell. Blackwell is a young child with Down Syndrome, who is a huge Parton fan, and a rather talented young singer himself. On YouTube, Blackwell posts cover songs from artists from George Jones and Kenny Rogers to Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert.
Parton met with Blackwell and collaborated with him on her hits "Islands in the Stream," "Jolene," and "9 to 5" as they cut up and chatted about life and music. Blackwell shared video clips on his Facebook page and declared, "This was the best! I love Dolly and I want to marry her!"
