Texas Country artist Rich O'Toole has released his newest single, "Talk About The Weather," in conjunction with his Spring Mid-West Acoustic Tour. O'Toole is currently on the road in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska sharing his music with area fans.
Additionally, O'Toole has announced a return to his Irish roots alongside other Texas Country artists as he will participate in the Red Dirt Pub Crawl this December.
