Big Machine star Tim McGraw has been linked to a new Sony Pictures TV project in development with TNT entitled "Robbers." The series is said to be based on the 2000 Christopher Cook novel, which Cook and Michael Dinner have been working to adapt for the small screen. McGraw is slated to be an executive producer for the series and take a starring role as Ray Bob, one of two lead characters who are drifters on a Texas crime Spree. Dinner and two other executive producers for "Robbers" were involved in the six-season FX series "Justified," which recently wrapped and was well-received by both critics and fans.
Additionally, McGraw will appear in the major motion picture "Tomorrowland," starring George Clooney, which hits theaters on Friday, May 22nd. For more information and upcoming tour dates, visit www.TimMcGraw.com.
