Waylon Jennings
Jun 14, 2015

The remaining Highwaymen, Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson, will join with Eric Church, Sturgill Simpson, Jamey Johnson, Toby Keith, Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves, and more - including Shooter Jennings and Jessi Colter - to celebrate the life and music of Waylon Jennings. "OUTLAW: Celebrating the Music of Waylon Jennings" is a special event that will take place Monday, July 6th in Austin, Texas at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater. Many of the evening's biggest names will already be in town to take part in Willie's 4th of July Picnic event. Waylon passed away in 2002 at the age of 64 after becoming an iconic star of the Country music sub-genre known only as "Outlaw Country." The original Highwaymen consisted of then-Outlaws Waylon Jennings, Kristofferson, Nelson, and Johnny Cash.
Tickets are available online at www.Ticketfly.com, but for those unable to attend the event in Austin, a recording of the evening's show will be produced for distribution at a later time. For more information, visit www.WaylonJennings.com.
