Western Music Association Hall Of Fame member Rex Allen Jr. has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the National Traditional Country Music Association. The ceremony took place at the Plymouth County Fairgrounds in LeMars, IA recently and was hosted by Robert Everhart. "My heart was full as I looked into the crowd and took it all in," said Allen. "I'm proud of my roots, and I'm thankful there are still so many that appreciate wonderful classic Country & Western music."

Additionally, Rex Allen Jr. is slated for an upcoming episode of "Reflections" on Heartland TV, The Family Channel, Angel Two, AMG-TV, and DTC Cable on Monday, September 28th.
