Pearl Records/RCA Nashville artist Garth Brooks broke his San Diego record with over 50,000 tickets sold. The previous record was 42,053 tickets sold at Valley View Casino Center in 1996. Brooks originally had scheduled two shows in San Diego, but due to popular demand has had to add more shows. Tickets are still on-sale for the five San Diego shows, November 5th-8th.
On Tuesday, November 11th, Brooks released his first new studio album in 13 years, "Man Against Machine." He is currently nominated for a CMA for Entertainer of the Year, along with Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church and Miranda Lambert. For more information, visit www.GarthBrooks.com.
