Dierks Bentley
Sep 27, 2015
Capitol Nashville artist Dierks Bentley has released a limited edition necklace, inspired by his song "Riser." The necklace is meant as encouragement to whoever wears it and also supports patients at the Vanderbilt Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital. There are only 100 necklaces in stock, and all of the proceeds go to Bentley's "Miles and Music for Kids" charity. In its tenth year, the annual event is a celebrity motorcycle ride that raises money for these patients.
Artisans in Kennebunkport, ME crafted these handmade necklaces with the word "riser" stamped in gold. Each necklace is packaged with an inspirational quote from Bentley, saying, "We are on a journey. The endless cycle of life, love, loss, faith, freedom and family. We learn from our past to define our future. Everyone has a defining moment in their life, a breakthrough moment, it's the moment when you choose to be a riser."
