Texas Country artist Cameran Nelson recently announced the release of his sophomore album, "Good Thing Going," slated for Friday, December 4th. The album includes his latest single, "Nothin's Got Nothin'" and his other songs "Shotgun" and "You Can Still Wear White." Nelson has performed with artists including Lee Brice, Dustin Lynch, Randy Rogers Band and more.
