HGTV's "Property Brothers" hosts Drew and Jonathan Scott will debut two Country songs during their "Property Brothers At Home On The Ranch" special on Wednesday, November 25th. The brothers traveled to Nashville to write the two tracks, "Let The Night Shine," and "Hold On" with songwriters Victoria Shaw and Chad Carlson.
The full tracks will be aired on the November 25th special, in which the brothers travel to Alberta, Canada to renovate the estate of family friends. For more information on the Scott brothers, visit www.hgtv.com.
