19th & Grand Records artist Tenille Arts was surprised on stage by her label and distribution company EMPIRE on Friday (11/5), during her "CMT Live In The Vineyard Goes Country" performance, with an RIAA-certified platinum plaque for her single, "Somebody Like That." This marks the second milestone for the single. In April, it became the first release written, produced and performed by all females to hit #1 on the national Country chart.
