UFO’s

Following up on the “returning to the station for the first time in 10 months”, I saw this done by one of the Summit stations where they started looking at what was in the frig from last Spring.

WOW Country in Boise had a “freezer full of meet” to give away. It was presented as “the office manager was going to dethaw the frig in the breakroom for the first time in a decade and carry through on her threat of throwing stuff away.” Using a hair dryer she had finally gotten to the very very back and encrusted in frost was lunch from three morning shows previous. It was kind of red. Guess the Unidentified Frozen Object and get the meat.

Drive Thru And Renew

The Bull in Seattle, KLUC in Vegas, Kiss in Dallas and Froggy really mastered the Art of creating great, safe, drive thru events last year.

The aforementioned Froggy with Rob & Joss did something called Walk Through And Renew for Valentines. Show up with your spouse and get your vows renewed. C’mon…how cool is that?

It could be done as a Drive Thru event. You pull in. Sign some forms. Pull up. Get “second wedding presents” from clients. Pull up and take your vows. Pull up for photos. Pull up for slices of cake. And exit as people throw rice at you.

(Product) Is Essential

One of the stations has a donut place that wants to deliver donuts to offices. Since there aren’t a ton of people in offices, we hopefully have redirected them to “Donuts Are Essential.” Tip or otherwise alert the radio station to essential workers who you know that have been a part of holding this all together since last March. Every week feature one the site or social media and hook them up with donuts for them and all of their equally essential coworkers.

Pizza could be essential. Beer is definitely essential. Gas is essential. You could honor essential workers with a lot of different products or services.
