Country Music And Congress

Post by PizzaLicker » Wed Oct 21, 2009 9:09 am

Hey I just heard that some Republican Congressman issued a bill in the House, calling for the recognition of Country music.

I am all for Country music getting it's due, so no offense meant- however- you must be kidding- the fact that unemployment is up to double digits, healthcare, 2-wars, and all of the other crisis aren't enough to keep these idiot politicians busy!

Good God

Guess we should be glad that it's not a resolution against Country Music at least!

But I agree...bigger fish to fry law makers!

That's great, I agree that it's nice for Country music to get recognized, but COME ON - there's WAY more important things that Congress needs to be talking about.
