I am a huge fan of James and really think there were some missed opportunities with him. He puts on a great show and has a very unique sound. At the time, his record label had a very hard time developing and sustaining newer acts (see Heidi Newfield and her #1 song "Johnny & June" with no follow-up hits). At this point he is probably viewed as "too old" by the major labels in Nashville and will have to look for an opportunity on the independent scene. I sure hope he gets one!

^^^ Hey! Isn't the company that Jason Aldean is with an independent label? According to the write up that I shared about James, his new song is going to be released on that SiriusXM station named The Highway. I pray that isn't the only station that the song can be heard on, that all of the other country radio stations get it too. :) :) :)

God bless you and James and Jason always!!! :) :) :)
