How can you get Radio Play?!?!

Not sure if this question has been asked, but i been searching all options for radio play, from Sending music to the program directors to paying for the service. now that we are no longer with a major record company we have seen that just the name of the artists is not enough to get into Radio. So i ask aside from paying some company $10k to $15k to help you get radio play what really is the best method or is that it?

Yes, you can easily find them by either search on google or go to youtube. You'll be surprised how easy it is find what you want
