what is the best reasonably priced program for digital airchecks out there?
anything a hundred dollars or less?

Check out Aircheck by a German company Zillenbiller.

Price is $99 and it does it all. Only real limitation compared to the big boys is only one recording at a time so no multiple stations and no different recording methods at one time. It will do airchecks with a closure on the parallel or COM ports, though. Pretty cool.
