MusicFirst and PRA

I am still waiting for MusicFirst to purchase their ads on my station. They have not reponded to my offer to sell them ads.
They can call any time 806-249-4747 kxit@xit.net is my e-mail.
I don't suppose they are serious about buying ads,just blowing smoke up the FCC's ass.
