Office Support/ Research Coordinator

P1 Media Group is an established research and consulting company with an existing client base providing radio research and consulting services for clients/partners around the globe, including Spain, Indonesia, Canada, Sweden and here in the U.S.

We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for a self-generating, self-motivated, highly organized person who can tackle a challenge with initiative & creativity. Problem solving skills a must.

The ideal candidate possesses an outgoing upbeat personality with great organizational skills who is comfortable working in their own home/environment.

Project Management, Office Suite software, Customer relations and technical support are the
primary responsibilities

• Office suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, 50%
• Research recruiting both on line and in person 25%
• Technical support for online research platform 25%
• Graphic design ability a plus

1. Minimum of 3 years experience preferably in radio, research or media industries
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent organization skills and attention to details
4. Works independently and as part of the Team
5. Excellent problem solving attitude
6. Multi-tasking
7. Fun to work with. . .

Initial offering is part-time, contract work but could evolve into more.
Compensation will be commensurate with candidate's experience and demonstrated results.

Opening is available beginning January 1. We are experiencing dynamic growth and are looking for an individual who is interested in a long term opportunity to grow with us.
