Position Description:
AGM California, Inc. - San Luis Obispo - is seeking Key Account Manager/Special Events Sponsorship Revenue Sales. This dual position responsibilities include developing, closing and maintaining advertising accounts for KKAL and acquisition of new sponsors and business partnerships for our AGM NTR events.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients for KKAL. This includes nurturing meaningful relationships with existing clients and developing a new customer base that you will directly manage. Assist GM in guiding the KKAL sales team efforts to achieve and/or exceed established sales objectives. Position also includes creating NTR sponsorship opportunities for clients, prepare proposals to attract new sponsors, assist in the training of account executives on how to sell events, assist in the brainstorming of categories to call on for events, assist in managing NTR account lists, participate in building vendor relationships, assist sellers in growing current sponsor revenue share, assist in developing customized presentations for revenue opportunities.

Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from accredited college or university; or minimum two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Condition of Employment: Must provide reliable transportation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Drivers License and proof of insurance. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends.
