Who Are We:

A new digital sports brand with a goal to entertain and unite sports fans with can’t miss Minnesota sports content. We will be creating audio, video and written sports content that will be available on multiple platforms, including podcasting, social media and radio.


Revolutionize the way fans consume Minnesota sports content.


Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, advertising, sports marketing, podcasting and/or digital media preferred.
Computer skills - Microsoft Word required. Social Media, Digital Media, Tapscan Software, Scarborough Qualitative and Arbitron Maximizer helpful.
Must have reliable transportation and knowledge of Twin Cities area; valid drivers license and a safe driving history as determined by the Company (driving record will be checked).
High level of initiative required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Must have a commitment to customer focused selling; not afraid to make cold calls.
Knowledge of local marketplace preferred.
Passion for Minnesota sports beneficial.
Must thrive in a commission based environment.

Successfully demonstrate on a daily basis, Hubbard Radio’s Guiding Principles: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, Commuinity.
Develop and sell integrated advertising/marketing campaigns for the Twin Cities new, digital-first sports platform, including digital display, podcasting, social media, email marketing, event marketing, promotions and broadcast radio solutions.
Prospect new accounts and close new advertising business.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations & proposals; analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Handle copy, collections and client relations.
Budget and forecast sales revenues.
Attend sporting events and station sports promotional events associated with your active clients.
Write proposals; analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Service existing accounts via telephone and personal visits.
Assist in writing creative commercial copy, and creative online solutions.
