Avril Lavigne, "Dumb Blonde"

Post by floridian00 » Mon Feb 11, 2019 3:26 pm

Any news on if Avril Lavigne's "Dumb Blonde" or the remix with Nicki Minaj is going to get pushed to Pop radio? I was a bit surprised that "Head Above Water" only got an AC push, and that "Tell Me It's Over" received no radio push whatsoever. It seems as if "Dumb Blonde" is being touted as the album's second single and buzz is rapidly starting to surround it. I'm hoping that she's gonna release it to Top 40 radio quickly, because the snippet of it sounds like it could be a hit.

As mainstream radio content provider, I can safely say that "Dumb Blonde" is one of the future major radio hits of 2019. For Avril Lavigne and Nicki Minaj, this song can be a worthy return to the music market.

Around the song rose a big resonance in social media networks. For example, the radio stations of Russia will rotate this song every hour during the week.

"Dumb Blonde" raises issues of equality in the world, self-motivating person and is the best example of the anthem in times of human uniqueness. The song will be very close to everyone. I highly recommend all radio stations support this release and add the song to their playlists.

Why is nobody playing this song? It had great buzz and reception but it’s been out for weeks now and not on the radio! This is ridiculous... Avril Lavigne is one of the top selling artists of the 2000s despite radio frequently showing the cold shoulder to some awesome songs (HOT, SMILE, NOBODYS hOME, ROCK N ROLL)...and now HEAD ABOVE WATER and DUMB BLONDE... but Ariana Grande has fifteen songs in the top 40... no wonder music is at an all time low in quality. People should be ashamed of themselves...
