IT Systems Manager

The IT Systems Manager will be the primary provider for end user support with hardware, software and systems for all employees at Bonneville San Francisco.


Ensure proper installation, operation and maintenance of workspace technology including wired and wireless networks, desktop/laptop computers, servers, printers, mobile devices and other associated hardware and peripherals.
Manage enterprise and broadcast servers including patching, backups, file system access control and other security measures.
Manage LAN/WAN to company specifications.
Maintain library and licenses of workspace productivity software.
Maintain office telephone systems.
First and Second Level, local end user support, including mobile.
Use ticketing system to track, resolve and document issues in a reasonable amount of time.
Provide support for on-air critical systems, including but not limited to: Broadcast Automation Systems, Broadcast traffic systems and Facility operation and monitoring systems.
Provide support for on-line digital efforts, including online video and audio streaming.
Provide backup for station engineering staff with ability to troubleshoot broadcast equipment and provide support when needed.
Work assigned regular hours with flexibility to work additional hours if needed to meet deadlines, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc.
Work in compliance with Bonneville policies and procedures.


Two years post high school education or equivalent related experience in the computer field.
Ability to install, configure and maintain Windows and Apple operating systems.
Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware components.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including friendly approachable demeanor, patience when dealing with challenged users, and an ability to maintain a calm, level-headed approach while under pressure or in difficult situations.
Communicate effectively using non-technical language.
Able to prioritize tasks based on user impact, business needs and broadcast cycles.
Technical aptitude to learn new technologies including those used in broadcasting.
Understand wired and wireless network functions including addressing, sub-netting and routing.
Ability to create written documentation of work completed.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination
Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion
