The 96.5 KOIT (AC) and 98.5 KFOX (Rock) Programming Producer is responsible assisting the team with a variety of programming and digital assignments. This position is part-time, entry-level role and not eligible for relocation assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Programming Producer has a passion for radio programming and producing digital content
The Programming Producer will work with on-air talent and fellow digital content employees to coordinate content across all platforms: from on-air to, web to podcast, social media and beyond.
The Programming Producer has a strong ability to write in the style of our format.
The Programming Producer will be willing to learn new skills as required by changing and new technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in writing and blogging, especially with video, audio or web writing background, is preferred.
Possess excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and consistently meet deadlines.
Highly familiar with the benefits and shortcomings of all types of media including, but not limited to "adult contemporary" and “rock” media as well as all types of current and emerging social and digital media.
A high level of proficiency with computers, software and new technologies.
Ability to work with moderate supervision, confidential information and be a self-starter.
Capable and willing to resolve unexpected problems and be flexible to perform unscheduled assignments.
Understands the adult contemporary and rock audience lifestyles and can form a connection with them.
