Zimmer Communications in Missouri: News/Talk Program Director Job Opening
Zimmer Communications in Columbia, Jefferson City, & Springfield, Missouri is looking for a Program Director to lead our News/ Talk radio stations.
The ideal candidate would embody our company’s core values (listed below), have outstanding organization, shares our deep passion for the power of radio, is a wizard at solving problems, understands how to communicate with different personalities, can create and execute a vision for future success, has News/Talk radio experience, and is a service-based leader.
Other skills would include the ability to coach air talent, planning, goal setting/ tracking, sales-oriented, and is self-motivated
